 If you are want to get serious about sharing your faith, this Bible is an absolute gem. February 20, 2008
The Evidence Bible by Ray Comfort is absolutely jam packed with about 30 years of Ray's personal experience in biblical evangelism, whether it be one-on-one witnessing, open-air preaching or in training hundreds of churches. There are tons of apologetics, answers to tough questions asked by skeptics and atheists, and in-depth studies on other major world religions, and how to reach their confused followers. It also includes scientific facts found in the Bible and how you can refute the theory of evolution. It is definitely worth the price, and even ten times the price. Whether you are a missionary, pastor, youth leader or lay person in the church, you should get this bible and dive in. (don't forget to read the actual scripture too. There is nothing more precious than the Word of God). Last comment: this Bible is translated into easily readable KJV that replaces the "thou, thee, thy" etc. with what we use today w/out changing the meaning or other accurate wording/phrasing of the KJV. Enjoy.

Overall, this is a great purchase. However, I believe this is a better buy for the relatively new or young Christian. The text is a simplified KJV which is fine. My only objection is the fact that it does not have a lot of information about important texts in the Bible which may not refer to witnessing and other things present within the WayoftheMaster ministry. It offers a lot of helpful advice and information but such advice is also available at www.evidencebible.com
Here's how I would view it: if you are not very familiar with the WayoftheMaster ministry I would recommend this book... however, if you are quite familiar with their ministry, the commentary in this book is basically just a repeat of what they already say and teach. It was a good purchase for me but now I am looking for a little more in depth commentary.

More of a "Come to God or else" type of bible. Looking for something that shows God's love, grace, peace and prosperity to share with non-believer's.
Good extras though, the verse guide, questions and objections guide are useful.

This book is simply the best!!! If I had the money, I'd buy tons of these for everybody!! In my experience people truly do ask all of these same questions and it's such a blessing to have the answers!! This is very heplful for studying and being prepared to give an answer reaching out to the lost!!!
