 awesome evangelical tool to help yourself and others answer some of the bibles and society's questions. October 18, 2008
i have about 5 study bibles. this one is a little unique in that it doesnt have as much commentary, but concentrates on teaching you with examples and pictures how you can use verses of the bible to reach unbelievers. i also have the school of biblical evangelism. please see my review on that book. i recommend you get both.
this evidence bible helps you prove things by the bible and science. it goes in a little more detail on the cults than the school of biblical evangelism. ray writes in a down to earth manner, making it easy to learn, then in return teach. if you dont have a study bible, get this one. also i recommend the defenders study bible. this is my personal favorite. it has in depth commentary on the hard verses of the bible. but if you are new to the faith and want to learn and share with others the evidence bible is well worth the money.
i was going to get the leather versions which is over $30. but found a hardcover version for $17. i would recommend getting the paperback version of the evidence bible and the school of biblical evangelism book. you can get both for the price of a leather copy of the evidence bible. that is if money is tight. the leather versions of the bible will hold up better in the long run. but it is hard to pass up 2 books for the price of one, since money it so tight nowadays. thats what i did. i hope this helps. god bless you on your journey and peace be with you. de colores.
Great resource and a lot of interesting reading August 9, 2008
If you get stumped with difficult questions about God, this is an awesome resource to use. It gives a really thorough explanation of several different religions like Buddhism, Mormonism, Jehova's witness, etc. I learned a LOT by reading through those. Plus you'll feel more confident sharing your faith when you have a better idea of who you're talking to, and what exactly they believe. The side notes on a lot of the scriptures are really helpful too. Well worth the money!
Worth it for anyone who want to get into Apologetics or Wittnessing July 20, 2008

Strengthens Your Faith June 20, 2008
What a wonderful bible. For the purists that need KJV only or it is heresy, I have no comment or complaint. But a book used is better than one not used. Making the KJV easier to read is good for me. (NLT is the easiest read without having too much poetic lisence to interpret in my opinion, so I read the Evidence bible/NASB along with the NLT.)
Next, Ray's message is simple, straight forward, and BIBLICAL. There are excellent notes, educational and enjoyable. Myself and my children know the ten commandments by heart and always will because of his memory aid. Lots of interesting information. I believe when someone's heart is in the right place, God blesses their work, not necessarily financially, but how useful it is for seekers of our Lord and Savior. This is a mighty work. I liked it so much, i bought 5 from their way of the master web sight, (I think it is buy 4 get one free) One of my friends says it is his bible of choice and it has really strengthened his desire to witness and share the word with others. Ray Comfort has tons of ice breakers on his sight as well as many books, last I read was "God does not believe in Atheists"
I feel I need help in my christian walk and do not feel ready to go witnessing , but I was VERY surprised after reading "....atheists" that it strengthened my belief to the extent that my belief is rock solid now. I do not question God's existence, but am amazed at how others deny him. Wonderful work, well worth getting, and great gifts.
Your salvation and personal relationship is up to you. Dig into the word prayerfully and with need, open your mind up to the Lord, and get ready for the most amazing journey for the rest of your life!

All I can say is Awesome! I've been in this book for over a month and can't get enough. This book really helps defend the faith. It also gives you insight on other beliefs & how to talk to them about Christianity. I'm using it right now to witness to Atheist & so far I haven't found a question yet that couldn't be answered. If you buy this Bible you won't need another Apologetic Study Bible because this one is it. I have other products from Ray Comfort & if you love Evangalism & Apologetics buy his products & I can truly say that you won't be dissappointed.
