The condition was almost like new. I've not used it yet, but expect to get out of it what I wanted. But...I was expecting it to be more or bigger than it is.

The title doesn't indicate this, but the Old Testament isn't included here, just the Psalms, Proverbs, and New Testament--portable and wonderful as a gift for new believers needing the milk of the word and yet reassurance that the faith is reasonable, not blind. But The Evidence Bible is also great for more established believers who want a fresh read and to return to or fan the flames of their first love. Yes, this Bible's full of articles/vignettes helpful for defending the faith, but my reason for loving it is it's success at providing apologetics info without being dry and insightful perspectives in a manner that's compassion-arousing without being discouragingly somber in tone! Comfort's got a smart sense of humor, and when reading this Bible, I find myself smiling, laughing, and reflecting on the overwhelming reasonableness of Christianity (not Christendom), which in turn causes me to care more about those who don't yet know the Savior. As for the translation being the "Comfort-able" KJV, well great for that! Highly recommend.

Excellent resource for Bible study and witnessing. Informative, fact filled,crisp design and appealing graphics/illustration make this pocket size Bible invaluable to any serious Bible believing Christian or even an honest non-Christian who is seeking facts and scientific proof for the hope of Christianity and the truth of Christ's resurrection! Ray Comfort and his WAY of the MASTER series use these materials. Kirk Cameron is seen on National Television using this Bible to great success. A real blessing and an outstanding value!
