 A must read. Great book on evangelism September 29, 2008
This book is amazing. Ray Comfort dose an excellent job explaining biblical evangelism. The truths that he teaches in this book are life changing. It is of tantamount importance that we get the gospel right because it is the gospel that is the power of God to salvation Rom.1:16. If we are preaching the wrong gospel people wont be saved. This book will teach you how to preach the gospel biblically, law to the proud Grace to the humble. The law doesn't save us it just shows us are need to be saved, sending us to Jesus for salvation. The sinner doesn't see his depraved condition and his need to be saved, rather he views himself as basically good, see Prov.20:6. Therefore the law must be used to bring to him the knowledge of sin Rom 3:19-29, and lead him to Christ Gal.3:24.
Only when he sees his sin as against God, when he recognizes his vileness before God when he is humbled by the law, is he ready for Grace. Only then will he realize why Jesus died on the cross for him. That he died to pay the price for his sin, paying his fine for him so that he can go free.
This book will teach you how to witness biblically. This is definitely one of the most important books you could read beside the Bible.

I love this book! I gave it to my Dad and he ordered more to hand out! We both started handing these books out to more people who also started to hand them out! Amazing message! You seriously need to read this book! Will change your whole perspective!

The absolute best book besides the Bible. January 24, 2008
This is the real Bible way to share your faith. Everything else is just someone else's method that causes people to think their saved versus having a genuine born again experience. This book should be in every Bible College in the World.

I have yet to find a book that teaches bibilical evangelism better than The Way of the Master.
Using the law to convict sinners of their unrighteousness, not only is reasonable, but practical and the way Jesus did it.
